Two Years

Purchasing from North American Industries, Inc. means that you already have a dependable heavy duty crane with expert design. To ensure our customers have the utmost confidence in us, and because we know our cranes are reliable, we cover all our cranes with a full two-year warranty on parts from the date of shipment. In addition, we provide a two year warranty on labor when North American Industries does the installation. You can be certain that your investment won’t be compromised due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship. Each crane is thoroughly inspected and tested prior to shipment from the factory.

Should any problems develop, contact our Customer Service Department, which is available after-hours. Your call will be immediately dispatched to one of our Customer Service Associates. If inspection and/or discussion reveal that the problem is caused by defective workmanship, material, or design, repairs will be made by North American Industries, Inc. without charge.

North American Industries now offers three or four year extended warranties to further protect your investment. Contact North American Industries, Inc. for more information on extended warranties.

This warranty does not apply where: (1) Deterioration is caused by normal wear, abuse, improper or inadequate power supply, eccentric or side-loading, overloading, chemical or abrasive actions, improper or inadequate maintenance, or excessive heat; (2) Problems resulted from repairs, modifications, or alterations made by persons other than the factory or North American Industries’ Authorized Warranty Repair Stations with prior written authorization for each repair; (3) The crane has been abused or damaged as a result of accident; (4) Repair parts or accessories other than those supplied by North American Industries. Except as stated herein, North American Industries, Inc., makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty is valid only when work has been determined to be required, and authorized by North American Industries, Inc.

North American Industries, Inc. shall not be responsible for: providing access to the crane to allow warranty repair work to be carried out, the cost of any work done by the buyer, or any other party, on products covered hereunder (unless specifically authorized in each instance by North American Industries, Inc. in writing); any consequential damages; or any transportation or other costs incurred by the return of products to North American Industries, Inc.
