- Electrician

- Required skills include:
- Must have the ability to read and understand wiring schematics.
- Must understand basic motor controls including variable frequency drives and contactor control.
- Must have ability to assemble and wire motor controls.
Successful candidates will have a two year technical degree or be a high school graduate, or equivalent, with two years experience and have excellent references from previous employers.
- Welder

- Required skills include:
- The ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints for steel assembly including welding symbols
- The ability to control settings on welding machines and operate oxygen acetylene torch
- The ability to perform routine maintenance on welding machines and torches
Successful candidates will be a high school graduate, or equivalent, have at least 2 years of welding experience (including within the last 6 months), and must be certified (with documentation on hand) for FCAW 3G and 4G positions.
- Installer

- Required skills include:
- Steel erection and rigging experience required.
- Experience in the heavy duty construction business
- Strong welding experience
- Strong electrical experience/knowledge
Nationwide (and occasionally international) travel is required for extended periods of time (two weeks average). Successful candidates will be a high school graduate, or equivalent and will have the ability to become AWS certified and will be tested as part of the selection process.
