Recommended Spart Parts List
Our parts department can provide you with a custom list of parts for your crane. Replacements can be installed immediately from your inventory, minimizing your down time.
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
VMI is part of North American Industries’ efforts to provide convenience and prompt service to customers. The parts department can send customers a Recommended Spare Parts List at the beginning of the warranty period. The customer can buy the recommended parts to keep on their self. If a part stops working properly, it can be replaced immediately with the part on hand.
Crane Repair, Inspection and Safety Partners (CRISP)
North American Industries offers an array of services (collectively known as CRISP) to optimize the safe, reliable operation of your overhead bridge, gantry, and monorail crane(s)
- Crane Repair – NAI will provide a licensed technician to come to your site or facility to make any necessary repairs to your overhead crane.
- Safety Inspection – North American Industries can provide periodic and/or frequent safety inspection and maintenance visits by qualified warranty and maintenance technicians. A complete inspection of all major components that complies with our interpretation of the appropriate OSHA regulations and CMAA recommendations.
- Safety Partners – This is a partnership with North American Industries. We will be responsible for staying up to date on your safety inspections and any other crane needs.
Retrofit
Crane retrofit can be a sound investment and a more economical alternative to total replacement of equipment. North American Industries has the engineering expertise for crane repair and refurbishment to extend the lives and productivity of your cranes.
