Jay E. Levenson
Jay E. Levenson was born and raised
near Boston, but left for Swarthmore
College in Pennsylvania, where he
earned a bachelor’s degree in 1980.
He then attended law school at Case-Western
University in Cleveland, OH, where
he practiced law for two years after
receiving his degree in 1984.
In 1986, however, company co-founder
Norman Levenson passed away, and Jay
decided to return to Massachusetts
to help his father Paul run the family
business.
Since then, Jay has worked in all
aspects of the company, including
production, engineering and purchasing.
Currently, Jay leads the Sales Team
and is spending most of his time ensuring
customer satisfaction.
Jay remains the present-day connection
to the company’s family roots.
Thomas J. Ullian
Tom joined NAI in 2003 after a sixteen-year
career on Wall Street.
After graduating with a Bachelor
of Arts from Wesleyan University in
Middletown, CT, Tom began working
for the investment banking firm Lehman
Brothers in New York as a financial
analyst. Tom eventually left Lehman
Brothers to earn an MBA from The Wharton
Business School at the University
of Pennsylvania.
Tom returned to Lehman Brothers
following graduate school. Eventually,
he was promoted to Managing Director,
where he was responsible for helping
to shape the strategic direction of
the Investment Banking Division and
how it managed its businesses and
its people.
Having spent 16 years helping other
companies grow and better align with
customers as an investment banker,
Tom saw the opportunity to take a
company to the next level directly
with North American Industries.
Tom’s business expertise now
combines with Jay’s knowledge
of cranes to enhance our service to
our customers.
