North American Industries further solidifies strong relationship with Skanska, General Contractor for Central Plant in California
Skanska USA was awarded a $181 million design-build contract for the Central Plant in Sacramento. Fifteen overhead cranes are needed for this project including bridge cranes, monorail cranes, and a davit crane. These crane systems North American Industries will be providing to Skanska range in capacity from 3 tons to 7.5 tons.
North American Industries has worked with Skanska USA numerous times in the past with this order from their Oakland office being the most recent. Construction of the new 78,000-square-foot central plant is scheduled to conclude in April 2010. |
