We staff our project management team with engineers who are able to manage all project-delivery functions, both technical and commercial. This ability to be involved in all aspects of the project allows your project manager to understand, communicate and coordinate the many facets of your project and to interface effectively with all members of your project team, both at NAI and within your company.
Your project manager is empowered to direct all internal NAI resources - including sales, engineering, procurement, fabrication, electrical, finance, logistics, field services and technical support - in order to deliver each project as agreed with you. Your project manager will also be in regular communication with you regarding any questions, updates or changes in your project.
