Below-the-Hook Devices?

Below-the-hook (BTH) devices are attachments that connect to the bottom end of the hoist chain or rope. They allow the operator to lift loads that cannot be lifted by a traditional hoist hook.  Below-the-hook devices must be engineered by experienced designers in order to provide for the safe lifting of unbalanced loads or loads without an obvious pick point.
